My Host microcontroller is receiving incomplete serial frames from the RapidConnect hardware. Why?

First, we recommend connecting the RapidConnect hardware to a PC or Mac running the RapidConnect Desktop software to see if you can reproduce the communication issue. If you can reproduce the communication pattern and notice that the RapidConnect hardware is returning incomplete frames, then there may be an issue with the firmware. If you cannot reproduce the issue, there may be some problem with the way the Module is configured on your Host platform. Check to ensure your UART connections are reliable and that there are no overflow errors or other serial communication errors between the Host and the Module.
