What types of Zigbee devices can I build using RapidConnect?
RapidConnect is very flexible. MMB's customers have produced a wide array of devices, including:
- Gateways (i.e. Combined Interface Coordinators)
- Dimmable Lights
- Sensors (Temperature, Humidity, Occupancy, Light)
- Door Locks
- Thermostats
- Window Coverings
- Smart Plugs
In general, any device in the Zigbee 3.0 specifications can be built using RapidConnect. Talk to an Account Manager if you are seeking support for Zigbee Green Power - it introduces some additional hardware/firmware requirements.
