What types of Zigbee devices can I build using RapidConnect?

RapidConnect is very flexible. MMB's customers have produced a wide array of devices, including:

  • Gateways (i.e. Combined Interface Coordinators)

  • Dimmable Lights

  • Sensors (Temperature, Humidity, Occupancy, Light)

  • Door Locks

  • Thermostats

  • Window Coverings

  • Smart Plugs

In general, any device in the Zigbee 3.0 specifications can be built using RapidConnect. Talk to an Account Manager if you are seeking support for Zigbee Green Power - it introduces some additional hardware/firmware requirements.
