Yes, we have diagnostic frames which can be sent from the Host to the Module in order to gather RSSI information. You can see their description here.

For example, you could use the Network Scan Request to obtain a response that would include RSSI information about any available network that is formed within range of the dongle you're using. Depending on what you want to do, the Latency Request frame could also be useful.

If you want RSSI information for networks, you can also use the Site Survey Tool.
