I am using RapidConnect Desktop to set up an OTA Upgrade Server. When I upload an OTA file to RapidConnect Desktop, the OTA Upgrade process doesn't start. What's wrong?

The OTA process doesn't start automatically once an OTA image has been uploaded. The Zigbee spec requires that devices periodically poll the OTA Server to check if there are new updates. This can take from 5-15 minutes (or more depending on device configuration), but also automatically happens on network rejoins (for example, when a device is power cycled or joins a new network).
